We had planned to visit King's Beach in Newport. Conditions, however, were more suitable for surfing than diving. We stopped by Fort Adams, but even that turned out to be a little rough. Eventually we opted for Gull Cove. It was a somewhat murky dive with visibility between 5 and 7 feet, but still quite interesting with the crabs waking up, another Lion's Mane Jelly, and a fair sized starfish.
